How do I view the session?
Why are the chats not loading on the support or event pages?
The chat is blocked if you're using a VPN.
How long can I view the recordings?
You will have until September 24, 2026 to watch the recordings.
What if the video isn't playing?
Make sure it is the correct time for the demonstration. If the video still does not play, refresh your browser. You may also need to click the play button on the video.
Where can I find the schedule?
Use the summarized schedule on this site or open the detailed schedule to choose the demonstrations you want to watch.
Will we be able to ask the demonstrator questions?
Yes. Questions can be submitted through the chat feature. A moderator in the room will help relay questions to the demonstrator during the session.
Are these all live demonstrations?
Yes. These are live sessions and are part of the full AAW Symposium.
Is there a lag time for the live demonstrations?
Yes. Live streaming typically includes a delay of approximately 15–45 seconds. Because of this, by the time a question is submitted, the demonstrator may have moved to another topic. Our moderators will do their best to ask questions at an appropriate time when they remain relevant to the discussion.
Will the moderator ask all of the questions that come through the chat?
Moderators will work to include as many questions as possible while balancing the flow of the demonstration and the experience of both virtual and in-person attendees. Questions may be combined, prioritized, or skipped if they have already been addressed or are not relevant to the current demonstration.
When will the recordings be available after the live demonstration?
Recordings are typically available within 24 hours. Occasionally, processing or technical delays may occur, and we appreciate your patience while content becomes available.
Can I share my access code with my club?
No. The ticket you purchased is for personal use and should not be shared outside of your household.
Can I get an extension to view the videos longer?
No. We have a contract with each demonstrator and can stream the demo videos until September 24, 2026. We are unable to stream past that date.
What if the video isn't playing, but it seems to be working for everyone else?
Live streaming can sometimes be affected by browser, device, or internet settings. Here are a few things to try:
- Refresh your browser (look for the circular arrow icon near the address bar).
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Confirm your browser and operating system are up to date.
- Try another device, browser, or internet connection.
Can I watch this on my TV?
Yes, if you know how to cast from your computer to your TV. There are videos on YouTube that can help with this.
If I'm having technical problems, can someone from the symposium help me?
Absolutely. If the issue appears to be related to the symposium platform or video delivery, our team will do our best to assist. While we may not be able to troubleshoot individual devices, browsers, or home internet setups, we'll help determine whether the issue is platform-related and point you in the right direction whenever possible.
